hmmm this might take some planning but if you want you can allways get a little tap recorder and stick it in his car then put a camera were no one can see it and point it at the front door.you should find out soon enough if he is or not if so just take off and hell hit em with child support my x wife did it to me lol but she was the one cheating haha
