Love is in the details.
Love is not feeling comfortable around her,
love is not having the ability to talk about anything with her,
love is not taking long walks in silence with her
love is not saying I Love You only when you leave the house or hang up the phone
love is not cliche
Describing the what love is not is easy, but what love is can be tricky.
see love is different and can take varied forms from lover to lover but to love there must be two essential ingrediants
love with passion and recklessness,
that is where you will find the details that brew the intoxicating libations of love.
So, from this lover to the lovers that may read this here is what love is to me:
Love is the way she says your name,
the way her back arches when she wakes up,
the feel of her hair on your chin when she embraces you,
the smell of her neck and the craving to inhale more,
getting somewhere early waiting for her to arrive and having every minute feel like an hour and every hour feeling like a minute when all that you have done was watch her lips articulate words
Love is never being satisfied with the time the gods alloted us
Love is the way her eyes wrinkle when she laughs
Love is the way she yawns and sneezes
Love is knowing you will always have someone to watch a movie with
Love is eating her bad cooking
Love is hard as fuck and should be
and
love has always been in the details
everything else is its background...elevator music
