I've read about the case and I think Ms. Stouffer is just out for money. I've read chapter summaries of her Rah book (great bore) and it never once reminded me of any of the Harry Potter books. The Larry Potter characters weren't from there but from another book she wrote.
She claimed she could've made publishing history with the deals she could've made but she was basically selling coloring books and stuff and one journalist couldn't even find a single copy of the Rah book before its re-realease.
