No, Newtonian physics or 'classical Physics' does not apply to certain areas of Physics such as conditions near a black hole or those under extreme pressure or temperature. Also, there are many simplifications made in Newtonian Physics which apply to almost all conditions on Earth, however not in the rest of the universe.
See Einstein's Theory of Relativity for an example of how Newtonain Physical theory breaks down under extreme conditions.
