Hello there in Detroit. I feel your pain brother. I come from a family of fat folks and up until I had my son 3 years ago, I thought that I dodged the vicious gene. I lost my baby weight but let me tell you - I work out for 45 minutes at least five days a week, weight training included. I use Weight Watchers methodology to watch what I eat and I lost nine pounds in 3 months. I had three bad days of no excercise and muffins for breakfast and lunch and I gained 5 pounds back. I've been a hottie all of my life and I am sadly watching my curvy figure quickly slip away. I have no control. My cravings for sweets and carbs always get the better the better of me. I feel so helpless. Getting fat sucks. I work so hard to fight it but it seems to be winning. I refuse to buy clothes in my acutual size because I'm kinda in denial about it so I wear clothes that are slightly to small for me. I need help. By the way, I'm from Detroit too. My father worked for Ford for thirty years and it put me through college so he can't be too dumb.
